1. Service Description

Scoutly is a B2B company discovery tool operated by Gugger Digital Services, Holzmoosrütisteig 1b, 8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland. It allows users to enter a company website and receive a report of related companies (competitors, partners, suppliers, investors, clients) based on publicly available data.

2. Free Preview & Paid Reports

  • Every search generates a free preview showing the top 3 results.
  • The full report (all companies + CSV export) can be unlocked via a one-time payment processed through Stripe.
  • Pricing is displayed before purchase: CHF 0.20 per company in the report.
  • The minimum charge is CHF 1.00 (Stripe minimum).

3. Report Access

  • After payment, you receive a permanent access link via email.
  • Reports are accessible for 30 days after purchase.
  • You may download the CSV data as many times as you wish during this period.

4. Data Accuracy

Report data is sourced from public registries (e.g. Zefix), website analysis, and proprietary enrichment. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any data point. Data should be independently verified before making business decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Scoutly for illegal purposes, including unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Resell or redistribute report data in bulk without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond normal usage.

6. Refunds

Since reports are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact hello@pounce.ch and we will resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scoutly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of report data, including lost profits, business interruption, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scoutly after changes constitutes acceptance.
